Yes! We have sessions curated for beginners, from walking to running continuously. All the way to running for 3 hours continuously.

Yes. We do offer a 7-day free trial to see if PATH is right for you, if not, you can cancel before being charged.

Users get to experience the benefits from running, walking, meditation and breathing all in one app. Which means lower levels of stress, more focus and energy and better overall health and fitness.

The app only available on iOS and Android devices currently.

You can use the app daily, however, most people find a great balance between 3-5 days per week. Mixing runs, walks, breathing and meditation sessions.

We recommend that you discuss any issues with your health professional. If you are taking medication or particular health problems such as cardiac or respiratory conditions, high or low blood pressure. Always consult your physician before participating. We cannot be held responsible for illness or injury due to client negligence.
